Somit sind die hauseigenen Ansprüche an unsere Produktpalette auch von offizieller Seite bestätigt und zertifiziert.

Über KW Automotive GmbH

Die KW automotive GmbH ist seit Jahren ein Begriff für ihre Premium-Produkte im Bereich Autotuning und Fahrzeugveredelung. Das Unternehmen bietet seinen Kunden das größte Programm an Gewindefahrwerken. Das gesamte Sortiment – von Federn über Sportfahrwerke bis hin zu den Gewindefahrwerken „inox-line“ in drei Dämpfungsvarianten – sucht in der Vielfalt seines gleichen am Markt.

Das 1995 gegründete Unternehmen bestand zu Beginn der Firmengeschichte aus gerade mal drei Mitarbeitern und hatte eine Betriebsfläche von 150 qm. Heute ist die KW automotive GmbH ein weltweit operierender Konzern, der ca. 200 Mitarbeiter an fünf Standorten beschäftigt und nach zahlreichen Anbauten nun über eine Gesamtproduktions- und Nutzfläche von 23.000 qm am Hauptsitz in Fichtenberg verfügt. Das ständig wachsende Lieferprogramm umfasst mehrere Tausend Anwendungen.

Neben den Fahrwerkslösungen von KW wird auch die Marke LSD-Doors unter dem Dach der KW automotive GmbH geführt. Die patentierten Flügeltür-Umrüstsätze – eine der außergewöhnlichsten Fahrzeugmodifikationen – sind für fast alle gängigen Fahrzeugmodelle erhältlich. Das einzigartige Türscharniersystem ermöglicht es, Fahrzeugtüren á la Lamborghini nach oben zu öffnen. Die fahrzeugspezifischen LSD-Beschläge werden anstelle der vorhandenen Scharniere eingebaut. Die Originaltüre wird beibehalten.

Darüber hinaus gehört auch seit 2005 die Marke ST suspensions zur KW automotive GmbH. Mit ST suspensions bietet KW nun auch im mittleren Preissegment ein vollständiges Produktsortiment in Topqualität, das für zahlreiche Märkte sehr interessant ist. Aus diesem Grund haben wir auch Teile von Weitec – Fahrwerktechnik wie beispielsweise die Sportfahrwerke, Federn oder Spring Distance Kits ins ST Lieferprogramm integriert. Mit ST erhalten unsere Kunden weltweit nun die Möglichkeit Fahrwerke made in Germany zu einem für alle Märkte bezahlbarem Preisniveau zu kaufen. Auch können sich ST Kunden sicher sein, dass wir alle hohen Erstausrüster-Anforderungen der deutschen Automobilindustrie, verschiedener Zulassungs- und Zertifizierungsstellen sowie unseren eigenen KW-Qualitätsanspruch erfüllen. Wie jedes KW Gewindefahrwerk wird auch jedes ST Gewindefahrwerk von Hand gefertigt und bereits im Produktionsprozess ausführlich überprüft und getestet.

In 2007 AP Racing introduced the Radi-CAL™ brake caliper range, a revolution in brake caliper technology which features a new design concept that improves efficiency, cooling and driver control. Formula One
